Feeding a baby can come with both joy and challenges, and every family's journey is unique. Lactation support provides education, encouragement, and practical assistance with breastfeeding and chestfeeding goals. The postpartum period is a time of healing, adjustment, and transition. Postpartum support provides families with practical assistance, emotional encouragement, newborn care guidance, and resources during the weeks following birth. Whether welcoming a first baby or growing an existing family, Phylicia helps parents navigate recovery and build confidence in their new roles.

Meal Preparation

Nutritious meals can play an important role in recovery and overall family well-being. Meal preparation services are designed to help ease the demands of pregnancy and the postpartum period by providing wholesome, nourishing options tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs. This support allows parents to focus more on healing, bonding, and adjusting to life with their growing family.

Many families choose this service as part of their postpartum wellness plan. Phylicia provides professional preparation with attention to cleanliness, education, and individualized care while answering questions throughout the process.
